How do I register for the Conference?
We encourage online registration for Regular Delegates, Student/Youth Delegates and Accompanying Persons.
Media representatives and Exhibitors cannot register online.
Exhibitors wishing to visit the Conference sessions may also register as regular delegates.

What is the registration fee?
The registration fee for regular Delegates, payable before February 2 2004, is USD 800 and USD 250 for students (excluding 25% VAT).
Payments after this date attract higher fees.

How do I obtain an official Letter of Invitation?
Individuals requiring an official Letter of Invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorisation to attend the Conference should contact the Local Host Secretariat at letterofinvitation@aids2004.org. An official letter of invitation can only be sent out AFTER the registration fee is paid.

The Conference bears no financial obligation for any expenses connected with the Invitation Letter. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the Delegate.


How do I get information regarding hotel accommodations?
A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been booked in Bangkok at preferential rates for the Conference. The hotels have been placed into five categories, based on price range and standard. Each category has a minimum and a maximum rate based on single/double occupancy. Please use the online registration or the paper registration form for hotel reservations during the Conference.
Confirmation will only be sent upon receipt of payment of the deposit.

Is it possible to get Conference information in other languages than English?
English is the official language of the Conference, and all printed matter is available only in English. During the Conference itself, simultaneous interpretation into French, Spanish and Thai will be available for the Plenary sessions and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
