A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been booked in Bangkok at preferential rates for the Conference. The hotels have been placed into 5 categories, based on price range and standard. Each category has a minimum and a maximum rate based on single/double occupancy.

All hotels are situated in the city centre of Bangkok with easy access to the Skytrain (BTS) and the Expressway for transportation to the IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Centre. All hotels offer private bath/shower/WC, telephone, radio, TV and breakfast facilities. The majority of the hotels also have pool facilities and several food and beverage outlets.

The prices below are per room per night and include full breakfast buffet, 10% service charge and 7% tax.

* please note that this is only a deposit, if you wish to prepay the whole stay, please contact Congrex at info@aids2004.org for further information. If the total cost of your stay is less than the requested deposit, we will only charge the actual cost.

The deposit will be deducted from the hotel bill when checking out of the hotel in Bangkok.

Congrex Sweden AB reserves the right to book another hotel category if the desired accommodation should be fully booked. After 1 April, 2004, Congrex cannot guarantee a hotel room or the preferential rate, although Congrex, will make every effort to meet delegates’ requirements. The hotel reservations and/or changes and cancellations must be made in writing to Congrex Sweden and at no time directly to the hotel.

The hotel reserves the right to charge you for all nights reserved and guaranteed on the registration form, should you check out before the confirmed departure date or in the case of no-show.
