Methods of Payment
Please note that the deadline for delegate registration has passed.
Please follow the payment instructions below carefully.
Current tax legislation requires delegates to pay their registration fee either excluding or including VAT. Therefore, please identify your category below and choose the appropriate alternative on the registration form.
Excluding VAT
• All registration fees paid from countries outside the European Union.
• Registration fees paid by companies and other taxable entities within the European Union.
Including VAT
• Registration fees paid by non-taxable entities (institutions/organisations etc) and private persons within the European Union.
• All registration fees paid by delegates or companies within Sweden.
• All registration fees for accompanying persons.
Registration fees must accompany all Conference registrations. Payment should be made in advance, in US dollars, in one of the following ways:
• Banker’s Draft, which should be sent together with the registration form. The Banker’s Draft should be purchased at your bank and made out in US dollars to AIDS 2004 Bangkok, c/o Congrex, Sweden. Endorse or cross the draft and send it by ordinary mail. We regret that we are unable to accept personal cheques, company cheques or Eurocheques.
• Bank transfer to SEB, SE-106 40 Stockholm, Sweden, in US dollars to AIDS 2004 Bangkok, c/o Congrex Sweden.
– Account No. 5839-82 521 11 and SWIFT/BIC code ESSESESS.
– IBAN code SE03 5000 0000 0583 9825 2111 and SWIFT/BIC code ESSESESS
• Credit Card holders of American Express, VISA or Mastercard/Eurocard may use their cards for charging all costs. Please indicate the name of cardholder, number and expiry date on the Registration Form.
Please make sure to indicate your name and reference number 409 on all money transfer to ensure efficient money handling.
