Arrival and Departure

There will be an optional airport-hotel transfer with reception service for delegates arriving from abroad at Bangkok International Airport operating from 7 July to 12 July. Transfer prices are per person in US Dollars (USD) currency and include transport, meet and greet and applicable taxes.

For 11 or more persons travelling together, we will be pleased to offer you group transfer rates.

VIP Meet & Greet
A special VIP meet and greet airside can be arranged to whisk you through immigration and direct you through customs. This optional service costs USD 60 per delegate and accompanying person arriving together, and is subject to prevailing airport security measures.
