Student / Youth Registration
Please note that the deadline for student/youth registration has passed.
You can register by using the paper Registration and Accommodation form. Please use one form for each person registering. Please type or print clearly, completing the form in full.
In light of the theme, Access for All, the organisers of the XV International AIDS Conference have extended the student registration fee to all youth age 24 or younger (as of 11 July 2004).
To qualify for the student registration fee, students must be able to present proof of full time enrolment at an accredited university or college at the time of registration. Please attach a photocopy of a current registration card or letter from your departmental administration office.
To qualify for the youth registration fee, youths must be able to present proof of age by an official, state or institute issued document. Please attach a photocopy of your passport and one of the following official documents: birth certificate, vaccine record, national photo ID card, driver’s license.
Student/youth registrations will only be accepted before 1 June 2004. Please note that only a limited number of these registrations can be made available and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
