Optional Tours
We are pleased to offer you a selection of optional tours at special Conference rates, which highlight unique Thai culture, history and religion. All registered delegates and accompanying persons (registered guests) will be able to take advantage of an excursion and activity program, which will operate daily from Saturday, 10 July to Friday, 16 July inclusive.

Language: All tours are in English.

Departure Point: All tours depart from and return to Official Hotels and IMPACT.

Booking: All tours are ticketed events. It is highly recommended that tours be purchased in advance to avoid disappointment, as some activities will be restricted in numbers and confirmed on a first come basis. Booking requests are not considered as confirmed until the TCC issues a Confirmation of Services notice with booking code and payment details. Tour prices include transportation, admission fees, English-speaking tour guide and all applicable taxes.

Payment: All major credit and charge cards (VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Diners) are accepted. Payment by bank draft is also acceptable and should be made as follows:

Tour Conditions: A minimum number of participants is required for each tour. If the minimum is not reached, TCC reserves the right to modify itineraries or cancel tours. If cancelled, full refunds will be provided after the Conference.

Cancellation: Tour cancellations must be received in writing (e-mail, fax or letter) by the TCC before 11 June, 2004 for a full refund of tickets. All cancelled tour tickets will be refunded in their entirety after the Conference if cancelled prior to 11 June, 2004. Refunds will be sent after the close of the Conference and will be made in the same form as the original transaction.
