Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex, Sweden. Cancellation will be accepted until 2 February, 2004, up to which date the total amount paid will be refunded less USD 75 for administrative expenses. A 50% refund will apply for written cancellations received between 2 February and 1 May, 2004. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 1 May, 2004.
Cancellation of Accommodation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. Cancellation of any hotel reservation will be accepted until 1 April, 2004 to which date the hotel deposit will be refunded less an administrative fee of USD 75. We regret that the hotel deposit cannot be refunded after 1 April, 2004. Congrex Sweden reserves the right to charge additional fees if the hotel’s cancellation invoice exceeds the deposit paid.
Changes of Registration Names
After the deadline of 1 May, 2004, name changes of individual registrations can be made with a fee of USD 60 per change.
