Letter of Invitation
Letters of invitation will only be issued and forwarded to delegates that have registered and fully paid the XV International AIDS Conference registration fee. This invitation is issued for the purpose of facilitating travel and obtaining a visa and does not constitute any financial aid such as waived registration fee nor financial support for travel or accommodation. Any misuse of this document will be subject to legal action.
Individuals requiring an official Letter of Invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorisation to attend the AIDS 2004 Conference should register their name and contact details in the Online Registration.
Please note that you need to have registered and paid your registration fee to the AIDS 2004 Conference before we can issue and send you a Letter of Invitation. Until you have registered and paid your registration fee we will not send you a Letter of Invitation. When you have registered and paid your fee we kindly ask you to make a new request for a Letter of Invitation.
Detailed information about visa applications will be given to you by your nearest Thai Embassy. You will find a list of all Thai Embassies around the world at http://www.mfa.go.th.

Visa applications and Health Certificates |
All delegates are required to possess a valid passport (validity not less than 6 months) and hold the correct documents for entry to Thailand.

The Ministry of Public Health has laid down regulations that applicants who have traveled from or through the countries which have been declared Yellow Fever Infected Areas must provide an International Health Certificate.
