Poster Presentations

Instructions for presenters:

Time
The posters are changed each day. The poster viewing time is Monday-Thursday 12.00-14.00 at which time we kindly ask you to stand by your poster and answer questions. Your poster should be mounted on the day of exhibition between 07.30 and 08.30 and should be removed between 18.00 and 19.00 the same day. Make sure to remove all the poster material from the board. The poster service staff will remove posters not taken down in time. However, we cannot assume any responsibility for the material left behind.

Location
All posters will be displayed in IMPACT Exhibition Center, Hall 3. Staff will be there to assist you.

Poster Material
The size of your poster should be a maximum of 95 cm wide and 200 cm high (38 inches x 80 inches). The number of your poster will be displayed with large printed figures in the upper left-hand corner of the poster board. The poster service staff on site will provide mounting material.

Text and Illustration Layout
Keep it short and simple. Remember that it is easy to read a paragraph of six lines while most people avoid one with 30. Your poster text should be enlarged so that it can be read at a distance of about three meters. Drawings, diagrams and photos are extremely helpful and often necessary to display results and conclusions. Make sure that your illustrations are easy to understand; do not overload any chart or drawing with information.
