• AFRICASIA
The Africa-Asia Inter-Action on AIDS, supported by The Rockefeller Foundation is hosting a night of music and performances on 14 July 8-10pm at the Lumpini Hall (Rama 4 Rd). This event follows the Remembrance Tree planting at Lumpini Park. This event features top performers from Africa and Asia.
• Living Art: Regional Artists Respond to HIV/AIDS
This exhibition of top local artists is on display at the Queen’s Gallery (Rachadamnern Rd) during 1-29 July. Living Art Open Night is 13 July 7-9pm.
• Com.passion
The Goethe Insitut (Soi Attakarnprasit, off Sathorn Tai Soi 1, Tel: 02 287 0942-4, 02 287 0726-8) is hosting a series of films and discussions during 10-17 July. A bus will go directly from Impact to Goethe each evening for the evening.

• Fashion Mart
Hualumpong Train Station (Rama 4 Rd) is the venue for a fashion mart with sales of designer clothes, proceeds to Positive Children Art Fund. There will be music, performances, art and photo exhibitions on 9 July 3-9pm and 12, 13 and 14 July at 4pm.
• International AIDS Poster Exhibition
A private collection of AIDS posters since 1989 are on display at Saxophone pub (Victory Monument/’Anusavari Chai’) during 6 July to 9 August.
• Sex Workers Rights Poster Exhibition
Posters of sex workers movements about rights and HIV/AIDS are on show at EMPOWER Centre, Patpong 1, Building 3, 3rd Floor, 5-31 July
• ‘Aravan Transgender Festival’ Photo Exhibition
Photos of the Aravan Transgender Festival in Tamil Nadu, India will be on show at Coffee Society, 12 Silom Rd during 5-16 July. The Opening is 5 July 7pm. Sponsored by UNAIDS India.
• ACCESS FOR ALL International Poster Project
A non-profit contemporary art project to help the Positive Children Art Fund in Thailand. Participating artists: Lawrence Weiner (USA), Leandro Erlich (Argentina)), Rirkrit Tirivanija (Thailand), Sue Williamson (South Africa), Manit Sriwanchipoom (Thailand), General Idea (Canada), Jef Geys (Belgium), Kamol Phaosavasdi (Thailand), Shirin Neshat (Iran), Shirana Shahbazi (Iran).
